Service was great, my problem was I don’t think anyone communicated between each department. When I arrived they had no information on me so I showed them the email and appointment I had as I spent 10 minutes the day before on the phone giving a girl my information. I filled it out all again for him. And waited for 2 hours and was told my car was ready went outside and then told it was t ready it was being washed and would be another 15 minutes so I waited outside . Then my car came and stood there as a gentleman was working on some phone in my car sitting there in my drivers seat. Just a little disappointed

Excellent service and great customer service

I was really disappointed from your service. I took my vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation. Madison was really nice when I dropped off my vehicle at 8am. She told me that due to the service that I couldn't get a courtesy vehicle so I was grateful that she offered a shuttle. Madison mentioned that they would check all the fluids tire pressure,complementary fill the tank,oil change, tire rotation, something about a recall on this vehicle and also a complementary carwash and she also mention that my vehicle will be done at 10am but the shuttle vehicle will pick me up from 12:00pm to 12:30pm.I got a text at 11:37am that my vehicle was completed and ready for pick up in next 25 minutes.The driver pick me up oround 1pm when I got to the front desk the clerk told me to wait outside for my vehicle then another representative approach me claiming that my car was going to be wash and if I could wait for another 20 minutes to me that's not having a complete service I told him that the car wasn't ready he told yes your car is ready it just needs to get wash. I couldn't wait because I took time off from work and I needed to get back. I'm very disappointed from your service I rather have you guys not promise something that you're not going to do that way I don't expect anything more than an oil change for all I know if you did everything else you said you were going to do

The loaner car experience was less than satisfactory. Though I had an insurance snafu that was my fault, my real frustration was the lack of staffing and lack of urgency to complete the transaction after the insurance matter was resolved. Time to check in and complete service paperwork? 15 minutes. Time to complete loaner car process? 45 minutes.

My car was still very dirty after they washed it.
