During my initial consultation I reported my key has started to fail intermittently. My service consultant told me he would change the battery in my key. When when I went outside and picked up my car, I checked whether the key would lock and unlock my door and it failed. I went back inside and the gentleman at the reception desk checked my paperwork then took my key to have the battery changed. This only took 5 minutes and the key works fine.
