The service that Edgar provided was great, communication throughout the experience. It was disappointing that I arrived at the service counter at 7am and didn't get called to pay for 15 mins and it was another 10 to get my car. It was just surprising to see that it resulted in an almost 30 min process, which made it more pressing since I work in the mornings. I understood more the wait for my car because of the underground parking, but 15 mins when nobody else seemed to be checking out seemed excessive.
