My service experience on this visit lacked professionalism, follow through and communication. An oil change took up to 3hrs without a complementary car wash. My conversation with the receptionist was disappointing. When I inquired about the status of my car (i.e 2.5 hrs into being at the dealership), she blankly told me, “an appointment only meant you have a space reserved at the dealership.” I was confused. So a person who came without an appointment would expect to leave in 3hrs as well or even longer? I am not quite sure what’s the purpose of having an appointment. In both cases, the quality of service at this location needs to improve. I work 5days a week and pulled in more than 40hrs a week. I use my weekend to run errands and spend quality time with friends and family. It’s not meant for sitting around at the dealership for the convenience of the dealership or for you to overbooked and make more profit in my expense. I felt my time was not being respected by the staff. In this case, it would have been a faster experience to go to Jiffy Lube, and the cost would be cheaper. I don’t see the value in my experience today at Longo Lexus and will not be going back. I will go to Jiffy Lube from now on.
