To say I am unsatisfied with my recent service experience is an understatement. I am in still in awe of the laughable lack of foresight exhibited by the service representative an with the vehicle delivery process overall. We dropped the car off for its first complimentary 5k service at the scheduled appointment -- 10:30 am on Saturday 8/24/19. We informed the service representative that we would leave and return to pick the vehicle up later in the day. At 1:45 pm, I received a call from the service rep informing me the car was ready for pick-up. I was having lunch at the time, so I acknowledged and said I would pick the car up later in the day. That was the end of the conversation. I returned to Longo at 6:00pm that day to find that the service center was closed. Only then did I look at the service paperwork and realized the service center closed at 5:00 pm on Saturdays. At no point prior was I informed or reminded of the closing time in any interactions -- not when we initially left the dealership, and not when I informed the service rep over the phone that we would be by later. To compound matters, the service center is closed on Sundays, which I also did not know. I went to the dealership showroom to ask the front desk if I had any recourse, and they said if I hadn't made any arrangements with the service rep to pick up the vehicle "after hours", I would have to return on Monday morning. Perfect -- all our plans for Sunday would change because we did not have our car AND we will need to make arrangements to pick up the car on a Monday morning, throwing off everyone's work schedule. So many mistakes were made, and so many faults in the process were exposed at our cost. I have no words. Do not bother calling me to schedule future appointments at this location.

I don’t understand why the service tech turned off the auto side mirror folding feature when doors locked. Please give me a technical sounding answer. This **** doesn’t make me trust your service tech. Now I am suspicious what other bullshits are done to my car. What are you guys hoping from me? Find out who did it and show me proof that tech has been fired. I’m not coming back to your place.

While I came at a busy time, David was able to keep me informed of my tire repair and also asked TJ to assist me with some technical questions about my 350 which was very helpful. My wife and I have purchased 4 Toyota’s and a Lexus from Longo. Keep up the superior service by Frank, Mark and David.
