I paid for a diagnosis on a check engine light and oil change. I was already aware that I needed a tune up and that I had a bad spark plug and possibly a bad coil.So I wanted the 140k service but was told that the diagnosis would be done first and if all went well that would be applied to the full service total. Instead I get a call from service telling me that I had water in my engine and the repairs were ~$9000! Basically he told me my engine was shot.i picked up my car and found that they were charging me for diagnosis and oil change. WHY? if the technician said it's a bad engine, why do and charge me for the oil change? So my total was about ~300 for basically just an oil change because I have a strong feeling that your techs just hear the engine and assumed the worst without looking into the issue. That's a great diagnosis there! I took the car to a trusted shop across the street from you guys and they took care of me. Checked the issue, replaced the coils and a bad spark plugs. Checked the engine and did a compression test. Total repair cost $600 and took them half a day. You guys had all weekend. Im honestly disappointed specially because no one should know your vehicles better that you.

I was asked if a triple a member I gave my card I got estimate. I was never asked if I had any other discounts in hand which I got 3 postcards giving me $75 off or 15% and harassed with many calls getting me in to get car serviced. I went to pay with my $75 off postcard and was told since I already got discount my bill had to be revised. Price only got revised %14. Blind add and bot acceptable with me. I should of gotten $75 off regardless if I am a triple a member.

I got my SUV serviced & I would've appreciated if I could've got a complimentary car wash cause after any service you should have your looking clean when you leave the premise & Also I didn't feel that the customer service was that great this time when picking up my car the next day it took 20mins for someone to drive it out of service when my car had been ready.

Jim and the team did a fantastic job! Jim went above and beyond and fixed things that I didn't even come in for but Jim saw upon inspection and are covered under the protection plan I purchased. What a great product to offer because dings and window chips, losing fobs and pot holes are all part of driving in LA and speaking from experience with 5 bent rims and a few totally destroyed ones.....good feeling knowing you are covered under the plan. It was my first visit for service and I have to say you have your act together. Everything from check in to loaner and return and inspection was great as well as the amenities you offer for guests waiting for their cars. The one thing I do have to say is that my car was there for a week and when it went in it was spotless, had just been detailed, and when the guy gave it to me it was filthy after a week outdoors I assume. I asked him to wash it to which he gladly obliged and ran it thru the wash and then I was delivered what at least what I dropped off, a clean car. No big deal but just thought you should know. I have been telling people how impressed I was with the car purchase but service is just a continuation of that level of service and standing behind the car 100%. Keep up the good work, I will d ed definitely be back for my first service, thanks.
