I have issues with the detail process and completeness. I also found a broken plug cover. I am waiting on response from the specialist to the text messages I sent.

My situation was unusual but Eric, Longo and Lexus all stepped up and made it turn out well. When I asked Eric to contact me with an update, he did...as well as everyday afterwards until the job was complete.
