I was called to pay for my vehicle and told the valet would have my vehicle. I had packed my work and went outside. It was 15-20 minutes until the vehicle arrived. Payment should be asked for when the vehicle is ready for the customer.

Sorry this took so long to reply. I wanted to test the car on a road trip before I answered. I really like my service adviser, Kelly yang. He always makes sure everything is done on my car that should be done to keep it in tip top condition. Some of the service like the oil leak I didn’t know existed. I was concerned about the brakes as I noticed “fluttering” when using the brakes on my last out of town trip. The car ran like a dream, even in 100+ degree weather. The brakes worked wonderfully, esp coming down the El Cajon pass. I like the team that took care of my car too. Great service in a timely fashion. I almost always wait for the car.

I have been bringing my RX to Longo ever since I purchased the car in 2009. The service has always been excellent with the advisors that I have worked with. This last visit was disappointing due to lack of the exceptional Long Lexus customer service at my arrival to before I sat with my service advisor , Michael Eisenman. Michael asked me how my day was and I felt I was that bothered and let him know. He spoke with the manager after he finished my paperwork and met me at the loan car area to inform me he had escalated my concern and feedback. Michael’s follow through has helped restore my trust in Longo Lexus and the world class service they are known for.
