Aside from the fact that I lost Jennifer Nam as my consultant. I am grateful to hear she got promoted. She handed me off to Robin Ho and for his first time being my advisor I was greatly satisfied with his delivery of service. He was well spoken and helped made the service experience a seamless one. I have been a long time customer with Longo, 1st at Toyota, now at Lexus. Last Friday, I was with Frank for my 2016 NX 200t 40k service. Basically he was ok for his job but he didn’t let me feel warm, everything he explained was rough, not in detail. Compared to other service representatives, I will not go with him again.

We saw Mr. Palmer twice this week, once for the RX 350 and once for the RX 330. He was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. We are very fortunate to have him assist us with the 2004 RX 330. As it gets older, there are different issues which he understands. In addition, he understands the RX 350. Knowing both vehicles helps us keep them in good condition.
