Francis is excellent to deal with and the consummate professional. He exceeded my expectations. Great job all around and even though my commute is over 30 miles, the service is worth the time it takes to get to Longo.

Can you stop where you pick up the car, get your paperwork at the front desk & absolutely no one goes through the service with you. Before you would meet with the service advisor & they would go over the service, what is left on the breaks, how the tires are doing, battery is good etc. Now they just give you your paperwork & send you on your way. Seems like we are bothering them to speak to the service advisor. Also, can your front desk people smile a little more, they always seem upset. Everything thing else is good though, thanks.
