I waited more than 2 hours and when i received my car is had dirt and water spots all over it. When i went back and asked them to do a better job on my car they car wash guys didnt help me and told me to go get a manager. Man Wong had left prior to this.

We just feel like tire pressures were a little bit too high on our Lexus’ 4 tires in comparison service at Keys Lexus on Van Nuys. They gave us liquid Nitrogen which we had have serviced for with them. But overall service at Longo was ok.
