I received a text from Longo around 3:10 pm stating my car would be ready in 15 minutes. I got to Longo, paid the total cost for the service around 4:10 pm. But 30 minutes later, my car was still not ready. In fact, nothing happened til I raised the issue to my service rep, Kelly Yang, He went to get my car out of the service area. None of the Longo guys either apologized for the delay, or explained to me what caused the long wait.
