Mr. Palmer was great. However since I had an appointment that also had a rental car reservation I was very disappointed that I had to wait over an hour for the rental car. That did not sit well with me and I’m hoping that in the future if I have a rental reservation that the rental would be available when I bring the car in for service. There are at least three work stations for rental workers but only one lone guy manning the desk. It was a 10:00 am appointment.

Nice, efficient. Was not there when I picked up car -which is fine. Should just state- our service staff will finish up. I had a question-My mother needs mobile service fir her Lexus. Check out staff said he would let me know more. Then, she said he was gone and she would finish. Then, question not answered.
