Beau was professional and helped allay concerns I had in leaving my vehicle to be serviced, and provided regular updates while my car was left at Longo. He did a great job and I'm completely satisfied with my experience with him.

Erick was rude, appeared bothered by my questions about what services and what the pricing was for services done. Had smart **** responses for me. Was unprofessional and did not make me feel comfortable at all.I also asked him to please help getting my car connected to my Suruis xm account which he did not help me with. He called and told me he had a code which he would write down on my paperwork ( which he never did) andI should give it them to get connected. When I picked up the vehicle no code was on my paperwork and i couldn't get the code cause he wasn't there. I would not like Erick as my service rep again.

There were no updates or communication unless initiated by me. In my 16 years as a Lexus customer this was a first and fell short of reasonable expectations. My vehicle is 12 years old and there are several recommended repairs. I plan on having the work done in the next 30 days but am doubtful that I will go to Longo to have the work completed due to this experience.

Taylor is always so accommodating and helpful. We really enjoy working with her. We were very disappointed about obtaining a loaner. We waited a very long time (40 minutes) at Longo since there were no loaners available. We decided to go to Enterprise and waited another 40 minutes to get a vehicle there. Your personnel are the best in the world but you should have a lot more loaners available so your employees don’t have to keep apologizing to us for the long wait time. Your mechanics are the best and we’d hate to change service centers.
