Taylor is great! My only complaint is the wait time. It took over 2.5 hours for an oil change and to patch my tire...and this is with an appointment.

This was my first visit to Longo Lexus with my 2007 LS460L. I brought it in for a 50,000 mile service. I specifically asked for Mr. Frank Lorusso due to his longevity with the dealership. I wasn’t disappointed as Mr. Lorusso made me feel comfortable with his knowledge, experience, and professionalism. He kept me advised of the progress of the service and problems that I was not aware of at the time. I had to leave my car overnight due to parts availability. Was issued a loaner vehicle and picked up my car next day. Very pleased and will return.
