I had Always only positive things to say about the service at Longo Lexus. It is where I've always taken my Lexus vehicles, for years. We recently purchased a certified NX. The business part of the purchase was lengthy, but very good. I was extremely disappointed I to learn that the 100 plus point certification process allowed for a flawed windshield to pass! Lexus quality has taken on a new meaning for me.
