Service rep did not offer complementary multi-point inspection. When asked he said they will visibly check.
When I did the same oil change at Longo Toyota, I received an inspection report and top off fluids. Longo Lexus don't even provide a report at all.
Same company, different division. Luxury division provide worse service. Why pay more?

Nothing was resolved and was told everything was in a normal condition....
Brand new car making a weird noise and vibration is not normal. They didnt even find out what was causing the noise and the vibration.... but told me it was normal.
This is second vehicle that we have purchases here, but both vehicle had a problem, in the future we will not be purchasing a vehicle from longo.
