I made an appointment a few weeks ago. When I showed up for my appointment, a 2 hour service was going to be a 4-5 hour service because you all were backed up. So, I decided to reschedule and secure a loan car and drove back to Whittier. Then, returning for the second appointment the wait time to get a loan car was longer than the expected. Just not that type of service I’m used to.
