It was taking so long... even I had only 15,000mile service.. Also, I reserved loaner car, but I didn’t get one because you offered me IS(mine is ES). As my understanding is that when I have loaner car, delership is going to give me match of my vehicle or higher one. Anyway, this time was not good..

The service rep was exceptional. It took a long time to get the job done, but you were very busy. My only suggestion has nothing to do with your people, but my previous service visits for this car have all been in Colorado (Stevinson) and their waiting area is much more comfortable — easy chairs, fire place, donuts, quiet. Not really complaining, just suggesting.
