I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and was told it was going to cost $79. Upon arrival, my service tech said it was $150 for the oil change. The tech was able to discount the price, however, it was still more than what I was told initially told. My suggestion would be, to have the service department employees who take incoming phone calls, not to quote a service price if he/she is not sure. This creates description towards the dealership. Being that it was my first time there, I was not at ease when I left. I’ll probably go back to Cerritos Lexus.
