My service advisor, Jim Palmer and the two drivers James and Fabian were all very professional and helpful. I believe the 40k service performed was up to standard also. My only concern was the car was barely washed and I had also repeatedly requested the tires to be shined and Fabian did it after he arrived at my house. I just didn't have the wow feeling that I have always had when I see my car after the service. Overall the experience was fairly nice and I only expressed since you asked. Thank you.

I went to your dealership because I got a flat tire on the freeway right off the valley exit. I’m a nurse and I was on my way to work. I was not Expecting to have this expense. The guy that helped me said I had to get a Michelin tire because my other tires are Michelin. Even through you guys sale cheaper tires. I was told my other front tire had to be changed soon. He was able to find cheaper tires if I changed both front tires at the same time so they are the same brand. I feel that I was taken advantage of cuz it was an emergency and cuz I was female. I looked it up and I don’t “” have to” get the same tire as the others. I told him it was an emergency and I didn’t have the money. Not happy at all that your dealership took advantage of instead of helping me in a time of distress. Plus when my husband returned the borrowed car they charged him 20$ for gas. I wasn’t told I had to return it full. Horrible communication! I will never go back to your dealership again.
