I waited 20+ minutes after car valet personnel took my tag# to drive my car up he and never came back, the couple before me waited 30+ minutes to have their car drive up by attended only after I complained loudly to service advisor Jim, he went himself to drive my car up to the service area,

Normally I go to Glendale since I leased it there but your location is closer to home so I decided to try your location. Making an appointment was easy. Dropping of the car was smooth. I was told when I made an appointment window for wait was 2hours but was told was not going to be ready til 2. Which was way too long to leave kids at home and for me to wait. Luckily my husband was off from work today. Maybe make a note if mentioned approximate wait time at appointment and if running behind schedule the day of let us know if possible so other arrangements can be made before we get there. Had to wait for my ride so used your lounge which was very clean and comfortable. Social distancing practice really well.
Mr. Robin Ho was very informative and pleasant. Explained in detail the work that was going to be done, cost breakdown and recommendations for the car which made me feel confident and comfortable in my choices.
Total overall experience was excellent! I plan to return for future services.

The loaner car that was given to me was very dirty. When I got home I wiped down the seats, steering wheel and dashboard and the wipes were filthy afterwards. I would except for the loaner cars to be cleaned between users especially during this COVID time. Putting on plastic covers doesn’t help if the car itself isn’t clean. I paid online to have my waiting time decreased upon receiving my car. But I ended up waiting 15 mins for my car to brought to the front. Also I came there to have the service light turned off and that was not done.
