I think Longo needs to address this Covid-19 better. Just like in the stores, it is very clear the separation between the customer and employees. I am satisfied with the service done at Longo regarding my car and Francis, my service representative but more distancing needs to be done to make customers feel safe. Plexiglas separating the cashier as well as the representative is necessary.

I was very unhappy about the service I needed
My car has under 5832 miles on it ,and I had to have spark plug work done to perform power to the engine and the price for the service is so expensive
And I was told several reason that happen it could be the gasoline’s not driving it
Seriously ,your going To tell me” was cause from not driving it to often or much”
I believe it was manufacture problem , not my problem and the manager should
given me a break , My wife wanted to buy a new car from your dealer

At the current moment, asking me if I am satisfied with my experience with Longo Lexus after I had to return my car to the service department on four different occasions over the course of 3 months during a pandemic - my answer is
HELL NO. My time, energy, and gas money to drive to the location cannot be replaced. My whole experience was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT and through it all my warranty company paid out over $4,000. Trust, if something else goes wrong with my car as a result of the maintenance/repairs you all completed I will be back AGAIN until you get it right.
