In light of Covid and everything being scary right now, Longo Lexus made me feel so safe and welcome. They took all precautions necessary and still gave excellent service. Every single person. From the check in, to my keys being handed back to me. Even a Salesperson walking by asked how I was doing, which is incredible. David Parada helped me with all of my questions with a smile. Even pulled out my chair for me. This place is a dream!!

I came for a Lexus recall about 10:00 am . First of all to my disappointment, my adviser Jim Palmer who I made appointment that particular day was not available. So I was assigned to Francis, I tried to tell him about some other issues that I have with the car like droning noise on cold start and under low speed. However, He didn’t want to hear it and told me to discuss it with Jim Palmer. As far as recall repair, I was told by Francis that it take 4 hours. A loaner car was arranged. By the time I got home around 11:00 am , I received the text that the car is ready. Francis should have checked with repair first so I could have stayed at the dealership instead of driving back home and back to the dealer , wasting 2 hours of my time. I had good experiences with Longo service in the past but not this time.

Just disappointed because I wasn’t told what was worked on with my car. And when I got my car back and the valet person was parking it I heard a loud screech so I’m assuming I needed to change out my rear brakes? Possibly my worst visit to Longo. Definitely give the team props for following social distancing protocol inside the facility.
