I could not get a thorough report on my service maintenance visit on 12/17. I received a statement from cashier but didn’t know what to do next when I picked up my car. I only received a text from Francis telling me that my preset schedule on 12/22 for repairing part related to the engine noise is cancelled due to the worn brake. To me, it’s totally unacceptable as I bought this car from Lexus dealer in late June this year. I don’t expect Lexus dealer would sell a car with this brake condition. I’m completely satisfied with John’s service. In the other hand I’m not satisfied with the loan car department, they don’t have good customer service. Also, want to note waiting outside was horrible, it was very cold I would prefer to wait inside I know due to covid we have to wait outside but what’s the point wearing mask if we can’t wait inside. This is supposed to be a luxury car service not jiffy lube.
