It took 45 minutes to get my car back on Fiday. You contacted me mid afternoon to tell me that the car was ready, but when I arrived at about 6:30, the cashier could not locate the paperwork. She doubted that I had been contacted. She searched for paperwork, helped two other customers. Finally found the documents and I paid for the service. When I went to retrieve the car, the valet desk could not find it. After a while I was asked if the car had been detailed; I said yes. She then sent someone to get the car from the detail area. I continued to wait. Finally the car arrived. It is not acceptable that I had to wait 45 minutes to pick up a car. Your service area was not busy.
