Wonderful as always! Longo lexus has always been able to provide excellent service! I have the best counselor, who always able to help. Time is one of most valuable things for someone like me and Wong always been able to help me with all the maintenance that my car needs.

I was in to take care of a puncture in my tire. When my tire was replaced the technician scratched up my rim. It was no fault of davids but I was furious. Not o lay did I now have to leave me care longer it was a major inconvienence for me to come back before work. David took care of the rim as well as another that was damaged. I appreciate that he went above what he could of done. Thank you again David.

There is no need to contact me. The representative that helped me did an excellent job. My only concern was that the 30k mile service cost almost $600. I brought in the car thinking I was just bringing it in for an oil change and tire rotation. I would have liked an email or courtesy call informing me that the 30k service was more in depth and would cost more money. I don't understand how changing the battery terminals and battery in the remote key, plus oil change and tire rotation would still add up to $600. I would also like to note that there is a front fog light that is out. I wonder why things like this are not included in the inspection. Again, no need to contact me. I'm happy with the service done for the most part, just not as happy to hear the cost without a heads up before hand. Thank you
