In my service experience, up to my 45,000 mile service visit, two hours was the norm set by Longo Lexus. Today, my 50,000 mile service took nearly four hours. This would not have been an issue had I been updated with the timeline. Aside from the lack of communication/customer service, I did not receive a usual sense of warmth and appreciation conveyed by Longo Lexus representatives.
