He tried to call me one time to suggest other "upsell" services, then when he couldn't get through he didn't leave a message to call him back, but sent an email, which I didn't get until the next morning. I would recommend leaving a voice mail or calling more than one time in the future. On the positive side, I do like the improvements to the service waiting area.
