i gave both remotes to services and requested the battery be replaced on the one that is not working. when i got my remotes back the bad remote still had the bad battery. unfirtunately i realized this when i was picking up dinner for my family. i had to drive back to longo lexus to get my remote battery replaced ruining my dinner and my families dinner.

Beaul Ly was very nice and so far service work was fine. My only complaint would be with the check in when I drove in both times and it took over 20 minutes to get my car after I gave paper work to the valet. You were definitely short handed. I only say this because I never had a problem with this before.

Everything has changed for the worse starting with the check in and wait time before meeting with the representative for service. The loan car process is very slow. When you pick up your car the invoice is not ready at location for payment.
Management needs to focus on customer service. My experience was poor and I'm sure others are seeing it.
