First , it took me almost an hour to pick up my rental car after I was checked my car in with the service rep. This was a Monday and there was only one person working the desk. There was a backlog of people waiting for their car. Second, my cracked dashboard was replaced due to a recall. It was not done correctly I had to drive back and leave the car again after we had left Longo. Due to traffic and waiting for my car the first time this was a two hour waste of my time. My Sirius satellite radio was not working. There was a wire that was not attached during the first appointment. The questioning on the return of my vehicle sometimes makes you feel like it was my fault. Questions like "was working when you brought it here", "did you have this put in at Longo". I have bought four Lexuses at Longo. I would say that at least 25 to 30% of the time things are not done correct the first time. This is a span of over 20 years. This is why I stopped bringing my car so long and I only bring them when there's a recall.
