I thought the service was good. I thought Frank was dedicated to my needs. I really appreciated the quick shuttle service to get me back to my job. My only concern was having to ask for help after waiting 35 minutes when I had an appointment. I am a customer of the Toyota branch for my personal vehicle, and I think I receive quicker attention from them.
