Longo Lexus sent me a text message reading, "your vehicle will be done at 5pm." I had to leave work early & sit in 2hrs of traffic. Eric called when i was gassing the loaner vehicle up to notify me that my car is not ready. I was pretty upset to say the least.
Other than that, vehicle works & is driveable so thanks.
