Service was great but normally when I get service here usually my car gets washed too, however this time my car is still dirty. Just wondering if this service has changed ?

My car was returned to me with unfinished work. The trunk/hatch was not properly reassembled. The wheel cover, battery cover, mat, carpet, net was just thrown in the back and I had to fix it.

Wait time is 45 minutes after my appointment time at 10am. It was the same long wait time for my previous service appointment. Should not let appointment customers to wait that long...... even thought customer service consultant provided excellent service, still the wait time can be improved by management team.

My representative was great. He did a great job. Service was super super slow. The valets were under staff and the waiting area was chaotic and slow. Snack area was dirty. Did not enjoy this experience at all. I Yelped about it. I received two texts the day after telling me that my car was ready to be picked up. What the?
