First of all my rep wasn't Francis I think it was Daniel. Are usually get a AAA discount which wasn't deducted from my fees. When I arrived home yesterday there was a flyer in the mail with discounts for Longo service which the rep didn't mention as available to me. So I'm a little disappointed in that factor. Otherwise service was fine.

The right rear shock was replaced the vehicle was driven home and parked in the garage last night. This morning there is a pool of oily fluid on the once clean garage floor that obviously came out of the right rear wheel area.
Now I have to take the car back for more repair!!
Call me ASAP. I want this problem resolved - I'm reluctant to drive it with this defective and costly repair, not the mention I live far from your shop.
