Eliseo provided a good service, all the questions I had he helped to answer them. However, there is one improvement to recommend about my rear tires replacement. It would be good the Longo Lexus personal can show me how my old tires looked like. Not just gave me the tread depth reading.

I supposedly have a warp rotor on my front brakes. My brakes worked fine when I took my car in. Now playing feel shaking. Really?? Same day I brought my car in for just a routine oil change. I feel it now...what did your technician do as part of routine inspection? By the way...I must have gotten a less experienced technician. I've brought my 460 on a reoccurring basis. I've always gotten a sticker on my way to window for next oil change. Nothing this time. I'm unhappy with waiting nearly two years for air bag replacement. Can't take a passenger in my car. Sorry your product ****. I've been a loyal Longo Lexus customer. I now remind family and friends to never buy.Lexus and never consider a purchase as Longo Lexus or Toyota...they've slipped and customer service is terrible as well their product. Aa
