On 7/26/17 when I came in for Battery defext and engine not starting, Elesio checked and told me Battery is under warrenty that could be replaced. However, it was NOT replaced after the 6 month's service completion, stating it is still in good shape. Today, the car did not start again. We had to do jump-staet again. And it was last driven within 24 hrs. My children has to miss their Sports Camp today and extra anxiety for no reason.
We need to reschedule again to fix this again.

Beau was considerate and efficient. This visit was for routine inspection, which I thought would be complimentary. Not so. This dealership is well run and the staff seem reliable and hard working. The only thing that doesn't jive with me is that when it comes to having repairs or general maintenance done, it costs 50-70% more here than at other certified locations.

David was as gracious as ever. I arrived early as traffic moved so well. He took my car in despite that. He let me know how the service was going and he let me know when my car was almost ready. He also took the time to show me a feature on my steering wheel. My mileage calculator had disappeared on a recent trip out of town. Love your helpful and courteous staff. I also enjoyed the customers you have. Often when I wait for my car, I end up talking to the most interesting and friendly people also waiting for their cars. This recent couple drives in over an hour to get their Lexus serviced. Both of us have other dealers that are closer (within ten minutes) to our homes but we love the service we get from Longo. We both have bought multiple cars from your dealership.

Jennifer is the best. I've been a Longo customer for over 10 years and she is a major reason for why I keep coming back. Not only is she personable but she's very customer focused. I sent an email and always receive a response any issue I have ever had, is immediately addressed. I had my car detailed and expected the paper to be buffed out a little more when I picked it up today. I did not have time to stay so Clem and Jennifer said it would be addressed next time I was in. Jennifer. took it to the next step and sent me an email reconfirming. Jennifer consistently exceeds my expectations.
