When I called to set up my appointment I was told my usual representative would be there so I went ahead and set it up for that day. When I arrived I found out my representative was off for the day. The representative that called my name never introduced himself then told me someone else would be calling me with updates on my recall. I received a call at 4pm stating they were just waiting for paperwork and my car would be ready soon. I arrived at 5pm to the dealer and the representative had no idea where my paperwork was. My experience felt very unorganized. I also received a call the day before my appointment asking about the recall and if I still owned the car when I already had an appointment set up for the recall.
