Well first all I left my vehicle there from 8:30am - 2:30pm and when I dropped it off I told the guy that I need my car to be wash, and he said that your dealership always washbit before the customer picks it up. Long and behold when I got home, I noticed my vehicle was filthy and super dirty like it was never washed. I called Eric and he told me he forgot to tell me the machine broke down. Like really plus he didn't give much of a discount like the last person. I paid a lot for maintenance and no car wash. Unbelievable!!!!

We were told to have our car ready by 2 pm on Saturday 10/7/2017 but saw our car driven in the service garage at 1:40 pm. Upon our inquiry, we were told that 20 minutes would be sufficient for our service. Upon our first conversation with the service agebt?I had told him that we must leave on time in order for us to make our dentist’s appointment on the same day. After I had paid for our service and waited outside to retrieve our vehicle in a hot weather for 20 minutes?we had to show our service invoice to the Longo staff outside twice and waited for another 15 minutes to finally get our car. I feel that for some reason the service quality has gone down compared to the overall exemplary service I used to receive as loyal customer. Thank you.
