I have had over 6 Lexus’s over the many years that I serviced at Longo. Jennifer is the best I have had. She even responds to me via email on her off time. Very polite and knowledgeable She should be commended. A few of your other service representatives are unfriendly and always seem too busy to provide the service they should. You can see it if you observe their interaction and body language. Not Jennifer, she is always friendly and listens to your questions. I have no other connection to her so my review is unbiased and honest.

Edward has been great and he is trying to help. Unfortunately I have had my vehicle there 3 times due to a rattling noise and it has not been fixed. Each time they believe they have located the cause of the noise/rattle. I have kept it at Longo over the weekend twice!!!
The second time my vehicle had a huge black stain on the carpet in the back seat and my trunk rubber mat and covered screen were not placed back as they were. Edward was great and offered to have the interior detailed which was completed this past week.
I am still unsatisfied because I have spent a lot of time trying to get the rattle noise fixed. I don’t know what to do!!!
