Very disappointed and surprised how change oil and first maintenance on a new car takes 3 and half hour ?? I called and made appointment before coming and was reassured that service that I need will be done in 1.5 hr or max. 2 hrs. I notified that I can't stay more than 2 hrs on the day of scheduling appointment and also on the day of service . I was reassured that maximum time is 2 hrs . Guess what I stayed 3.5 hrs and I think probobly even stay longer if I didn't start complaining .
Second I was shoked with the scratch on my car that I asked them to fix. The scratch was very mild and was not really noticeable but I knew about it and asked them if they can fix . After their fixing the scratch more noticeable and bigger !!!!
By your worker I was tald that my car need repair in shop for scratch and delayed because busy and my car was not taking on appointment time .
Do you think that I will be back again for your service ????
