There was a promise made to have the car washed, which it was not. No big deal, just need to accurately tell us that car washes are not done to conserve water.

I liked that Beau Ly reacted positively to my suggestion that the person who is helps you check out the loaner car vehicle and tells you to bring the car back filled with the same amount of gas...simply mention "Here's how to open the gas tank."
I had to text Beau and he called me back. My 2011 Lexus gas a button!

Arrived late due to Freeway construction. Nonetheless Jim and the tech were able to get the planned smog check done and able to make time to check out 2 elective concerns despite near closing time: undercarriage possible damage and trans seepage. They noted a third. The transmission status and an unexpected oil leak are both essential information for my future car decisions. So, no surprises going forward. I appreciate Mr Palmer's thoroughness.
