My car was ready at 2 pm and the shuttle came to retrieve me from my office. I paid for my service and waited 40 minutes while multiple people "tried to locate my vehicle". Apparently they had issues finding it. I missed a meeting at work since I was gone for over an hour. I also got the VIP wash with my service and my car still had areas unvaccumed and smudges on the inside of the windows. I was very unstaified that my service agent wasn't even there to locate my car and other people (about 3) were trying to locate my car for 40 minutes. I am disappointed and also it impaired my work by causing me to miss a meeting as a result of this confusion.

I brought my car in for service and to have my airbag replaced. I was told it could take up to 4 hpurs. So, i got a loaner car and went to have lunch. So about an hour after i dropped my car off a received a text saying my car was ready. I called Kelly Wang, my service advisor, as i was concerned about the airbag being replaced. I asked him more than once if the airbag was replaced and he told me yes, it was. When i got there to pick-up my car, guess what, the airbag had not been replaced! Needless to say i was a bit upset, i drive from Redondo Beach to get my car serviced at Longo. At that time, Kelly arranged for the airbag to be installed and have my car delivered on a flatbed the following day. That made it better, but still a bit upsetting.

I'm very satisfied with Man Wong's service. My battery failed after only 2 years and 4 months, and I was disappointed that only a partial warranty applied. Makes me suspect that the battery was designed to fail shortly after 2 year warranty period.
