Jim is great and all of the staff at Longo is very friendly; however, the wait time to pick up your vehicle after completion of service is too long! Why does it take 20 minutes for valet to bring the car around? Just have my car ready, parked up front, and I’ll walk to it myself. Just give me the key.

Mr. Duran is a perfect gentleman. I came in with serious concerns regarding what I had been told about the condition of my car and the quoted cost to repair it. Mr Duran listened and reviewed my paperwork. I believe he reviewed the history of the car while he was having the car checked. When the diagnosis came back, he explained the findings and the seriousness of them. He calculated the repair cost that Longo could offer, including savings and discounts. It was lower than my previous quote, and included more repairs. He was pleasant and concerned, and was offering the customer service and pricing available to Longo Lexus customers. I had just come to have a second opinion, but stayed for the Longo technical expertise and pleasant overall experience. I had the repairs done at Longo. Today as I was leaving, Mr. Duran joined me at my car to say goodbye. I really appreciate the total customer care experience.

well I ask for battery change that other one was fail and same time oil change that I understand in coming with 21 point inspection and inspect and adjust fluid but that mr. Jim want to charge me another $100.00 that was include service oil change price He aske for $444.00 or $454. 00 oil change and the battery tha got prorated 50% discount

Trying to sell something that may not be needed is not what she did ....she resolved my issue and didn’t try to push a service to make her more money or commission and I appreciate that very much which is why I enjoy the Lexus brand so much I’ve owned 2 vehicles and plan to buy more when I pay mine off
