I have learn at the visit is better to find a well experience mechanic to service your car, rather than the dealer. They charge 50% of the bill on labor. I will no longer take my car there for service. I gave purchase my both brake pads to have someone put them on. Because you was charging $800.00 the materials was only $143.00 that is ridiculous. You need to change your way of doing business.
