He was clear. I was initially worried about my car’s issue and I didn’t want to take it into the dealer. But once I got there and once I was helped by Rene, I felt reassured about my decision and my concern was gone. I knew my concern was going to be addressed. I appreciated his help / assistance. The front desk lady was also really helpful afterwards. It was an overall great experience. The only thing I would critique was the young girl that initially got my car and drove it in. I was talking to her about my appt and she was kinda like whatevers about it. I get it tho. That’s probably not her concern and or duty. With that said, thanks Rene.
