Jim was awesome! I am a first time customer at Longo, and Jim was so nice. He patiently answered all my questions and was super informative. The waiting area/lounge was greatly appreciated. The drinks, snacks and electrical outlets for my electronics made the 2 1/2 hour wait seem a lot shorter. The car wash was also a nice touch. Thank you Jim and Longo Lexus!
