Jennifer was great. My issue is not with her - it's with the fact that my car was not cleaned. I did express that I didn't want to wait around all day, and that it felt like 2 hours was a long time to wait for an oil change and routine 10k mile inspection, but at the same time I do always have the expectation that my car will be cleaned after a service appointment with any dealership. So, once again, this is not an issue with Jennifer Nam, it is with the fact that I wasn't offered the service I've come to expect. Thank you!
