I’ve been to many dealerships both buying and having repairs/service done over the years I’ve been driving. I have never been treated better and felt more valued than my experience with Longo Lexus. My service rep Frank Lorusso was amazing. Being a firefighter my schedule (especially during fire season) can be very unpredictable. Frank called to let me know that my car was finished and I could pick it up. I had to tell Frank that I couldn’t pick it up because I was working and can’t get away to pick it up. He said “no problem” pick it up when you can. Oh yeah, I had one of their courtesy vehicles too! I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I came to Longo Lexus on Tuesday evening to drop my car off for its first 30,000 mile service. Daniel was very kind as he checked my car for maintenance. At one point, two other customers repededly interrupted Daniel while he was helping me at his desk; asking questions about their car. Daniel maintained his professionalism and advised that he would help them as soon as he was finished helping me. I thanked Daniel for providing such great customer service to me.
The following day on Wednesday, Daniel recognized me when I came to pick up my car. As I am sure he, amongst all of the other Longo crew, see so many customers each day, but they always remember who their customers are. I appreciate that quality and the gesture did not go unnoticed!
