Julien Diaz was very attentive and courteous. He clearly explained that the mechanic would conduct a diagnosis to determine the problem. I had been told by AAA contracted mechanic that the battery was fine and it appeared the problem was with the starter. Shortly after I left my car, Julien called to let me know that the problem was the battery. I was surprised yet pleased that the cost was considerable less than replacing the starter. The car was ready for pick up as promised. I have always been extremely satisfied with the customer service from all the service agents i’ve have dealt with.

I also came in to see about my steering wheel , it was wearing out soon . The Service Advisor told me he will take picture of it to show to the manager . No picture was taken on my steering wheel . My invoice number 615305 was work on my car on July 16 . The Service Advisor should have wrote down on the invoice check steering wheel . The Service Advisor Edward Duran say he will call me Tuesday July 17 about the steering wheel . He did not call me Tuesday or Wednesday July 17 , July 18 . If you make a promise to call customer back you should keep your word & not forget . I had to call Lexus Corporate Office ****-****-xxxx July 18 for them to follow up on it , for sure Longo will not call back .
